Jocelyn K. Glei is a writer, teacher, and energy worker who helps folks open up to deeper creativity & consciousness.
Prior to Cosmic Clowns, she hosted the Hurry Slowly podcast — which shared provocative ideas about productivity, culture, and consciousness — and has been downloaded over 3 million times.
From 2009-2015, she was the head of 99U, a Webby Award-winning website about productivity and creativity, as well as the executive producer of the 99U Conference, an annual gathering at Lincoln Center attended by thousands of creatives from all over the world.
Currently, she writes the Radiate newsletter on Substack, teaches folks how to take a heart-centered approach to productivity with RESET, and offers transformative 1-1 energy and alchemy coaching sessions.

Sebene Selassie is a writer and teacher who leads meditation, creativity, and nature-based practices for personal & collective liberation.
For over twenty years, she worked with children, youth, and families nationally and internationally—from the Tenderloin in San Francisco to refugee camps in Guinea, West Africa. Currently, Sebene blends ancient wisdom and modern science to help spiritually curious people explore the profound and sacred truth of belonging. She is trained as a meditation teacher, an integral coach, a practitioner of Indigenous Focusing Oriented Therapy for Complex Trauma (IFOT), and is a licensed hiking guide in New York State.
Sebene is a devoted student of mystic traditions, has a newfound love of clowning, and writes the popular newsletter "remind me to love." Her first book, You Belong: A Call for Connection, was published by HarperOne in 2020.
